- Evolutionary Design: Building upon the success of the Mini Turbine, the Full Size Turbine shroud has been introduced to cater to a broader range of projectors. Its notable features include an internal acrylic diffuser and halo tray, placing it high on the list of desired shrouds.
- Quality Matters: When comparing shrouds, it's vital to recognize the unparalleled quality of NLN shrouds. Crafted from top-tier plastic and featuring a robust metalized chrome finish, they stand in stark contrast to cheaper versions that can deform from the heat of a mere 35W HID bulb and possess a chrome finish that is prone to flaking.
- Mounting Simplified: While Centric Rings are not provided by default, their inclusion is recommended for a smoother installation process 2.5" projectors. These rings, which function as reducers, are designed to be clipped into the shroud, thereby reducing its inner diameter and ensuring a tighter fit on the projector's lens holder. To further secure the shrouds, the use of JB Quik Weld is advised.
- LED Halos Customization: Enhance your retrofit with LED halos. Choose between NLN (switchback), (Color Flow), or (RGB) halos for a reliable and striking lighting effect.
- Effortless Trimming: It's important to understand that shroud trimming is often required during retrofitting to achieve the perfect fit. The plastic construction of these shrouds ensures that this process is straightforward. For optimal results, the use of a Dremel hand tool equipped with EZ Lock cutting wheels is recommended.
